Where it started
Translation agencies do not lack expertise. They lack structure. Requests arrive by email, WhatsApp and Telegram, the schedule lives in a spreadsheet, the translator asks for the source file again, and the invoice is remembered after delivery. DocuFlows was built to remove that friction, one step of the workflow at a time.
Two sides of the same problem
Ismail Chaida is a software engineer: he designed and built the platform, from its architecture to the screens staff open every morning. Abdelhamid Baroudi is a translator and interpreter working on official, administrative and legal documents, on transcription, and on following client files through to delivery. Neither of them had to guess what the other needed.
A family and professional collaboration
DocuFlows is a two-person project. The people who build the tool are the people who do the work inside it, so a missing feature is a day lost by someone in the room. That closeness is the product’s main constraint, and its main advantage.
